At Seager Co., we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, whether you're out on the ranch or in the city.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
